Diamond is a limmited asset. it is running short. If foreign company focus on maximizing their profits, the African countries are still poor and rund dry dimond mines. I think the African goverments need to more stronly control of forein mining company and make new laws to share the profits, as like making joint company with local company and foreign company. Besides the foreign companies should be obligated to the African society and people. The foreign comany shouldn't eat and run.
