Description: 

FaceApp, which can generate altered images that make users look decades older, 

has become a national obsession. The Jonas Brothers, Carrie Underwood and Kevin

Hart have all taken the so-called FaceApp Challenge, along with tens of millions of 

others worldwide. But cybersecurity experts say FaceApp¡¯s terms of service are

raising red flags. ¡°We just don¡¯t know enough about this organization,

¡± says author David Fergusson about FaceApp¡¯s Russian creators.

You could be giving access to your personal information and a whole lot more 

Meaghan Alexander. Reporter: Reports everyone's obsessed with face app the

app has become a sensation in just the last 24 hours. It can make you look

decades older in an instant. The Jonas Brothers, Kevin Hart, and Carrie 

Underwood have all taken the so-called Faceapp challenge. Along with 

80 million others worldwide.But do they really know the potential perils. 

Here's how it works.You download the Faceapp on your smartphone,

then you select a photo to be altered the app gives you the option do you

want to look older or younger. 

The results are remarkably realistic. It seems like harmless goofy fun, 

but experts are now raising major red flags. Take a look at the fine 

print in Faceapp's Terms of Service. Which, let's be honest few of us ever
