A local fisherman in northeast Cambodia has caught the world’s largest freshwater fish, a 300kg (661lbs) female stingray. The colossal catch was found in the Mekong River, near Koh Preah in Stung Treng province. Nicknamed Boramy, or full moon, the stingray measures 3.96 meters (13ft) long.
